If an item doesn’t meet your particular requests, please e-mail us at info@mentainthebox.com within 2 working days after receiving it and we will issue a refund to your original form of payment as soon as the item is returned to us unworn, in its original condition and with the tag still attached.

The returning shipping costs burden the buyer and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
